Concrete Jungle Skateboard Co. is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or fatalities resulting from the use of our products. Customers assume full responsibility for their safety and well-being while using our skateboards, accessories, or related items. We strongly recommend the use of protective gear, including helmets, pads, and proper footwear.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom skateboards, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival.
